Projects conclude when an agreed outcome is met. A package price reflecting advisor/ consultant seniority and allocated hours + will be applied. 

Accelerators include pre-built content designed to accelerate client engagement and success. Prices, with few exceptions, are fixed. Accelerators are limited in scope and not all service areas are a available.  

Leadership through a WiT. Advisor, e.g.. in program, project or implementation. Designed as a leadership position for a limited or set period of time. 

Hourly rates applied for one or multiple advisory and/or consultative services chosen individually by the client.

Prepare and advise on internal training & enablement efforts in our areas of expertise. Training is designed to be owned & managed by client internally; WiT. advisors will support throughout. Content & asset creation can be included.

Plan & facilitate strategic decision-making, training or brainstorming (+others) workshops in WiT. specialization areas for a specific event in an agreed format and limited timeframe. 

Research performed on client- relevant content related to WiT. specializations and/or services. 

Together with solution partners within our network, engineer technology solutions and strategies specific to making the the new or enhanced technology.successful within the client organization.
